At AI4Less, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains our refund and cancellation terms for our Service.
2. 7-Day Free Trial
2.1 Trial Period
All new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial period. During this trial, you can:
- Access all features of your chosen plan
- Use allocated credits (n8n nodes, AI credits)
- Evaluate the Service without charge
2.2 Trial Cancellation
You may cancel your trial at any time during the 7-day period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin, and you will be charged for the first billing period.
2.3 No Credit Card Required
We do not require credit card information to start your free trial. You will need to provide payment information before the trial period ends if you wish to continue using the Service.
3. Subscription Cancellation
3.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your account settings on the AI4Less platform
- Contacting our support team at support@ai4less.com
3.2 Cancellation Effect
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all features and credits until that date
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Unused credits will expire at the end of the billing period
3.3 No Partial Refunds on Cancellation
Canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will have access to the Service until the end of the period you paid for.
4. Refund Eligibility
4.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge. This refund applies to:
- First-time subscribers only
- Charges made within the last 7 days
- Only the initial subscription payment
4.2 Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund under the 7-day money-back guarantee:
- You must not have significantly exceeded your monthly credit allocation
- You must not have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- You must submit a refund request within 7 days of your first charge
4.3 Service Issues
We may issue refunds or credits if:
- The Service experiences significant downtime (beyond our Service Level Agreement)
- You are charged incorrectly due to a billing error
- You experience technical issues preventing normal use of the Service
Such refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Renewal Charges: Subscription renewals after the first billing period
- Partial Periods: Unused portions of your subscription period
- Used Credits: Credits that have been consumed (n8n nodes, AI credits)
- Plan Downgrades: Differences in cost when downgrading to a lower-tier plan
- Previous Billing Periods: Charges older than 7 days (except in cases of billing errors)
- Violated Terms: Services terminated due to Terms of Service violations
6. How to Request a Refund
6.1 Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@ai4less.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include your account email address
- Provide your reason for requesting a refund
- Include any relevant transaction IDs or invoice numbers
6.2 Response Time
We will review your refund request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
6.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow your financial institution's processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Plan Changes
7.1 Upgrading Your Plan
When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan:
- You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period
- Your new plan features and credits take effect immediately
- Your next billing date remains the same
7.2 Downgrading Your Plan
When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan:
- The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period
- You will continue to have access to your current plan features until then
- No refunds are provided for the difference in plan costs
- Unused credits from your higher plan do not carry over
8. Credit Allocation and Expiration
8.1 Monthly Credits
Credits are allocated at the beginning of each billing period and include:
- n8n workflow automation nodes
- AI credits for Veo-3 and Nano Banana services
8.2 Credit Expiration
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Credits do not roll over to the next billing period
- Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period
- No refunds are provided for unused credits
8.3 Credit Overages
If you exceed your monthly credit allocation:
- The Service may be suspended until your next billing period
- You may be offered the option to upgrade to a higher plan
- Overages are not eligible for refunds
9. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly:
- Contact us immediately at support@ai4less.com
- Provide details of the suspected error
- Include transaction IDs and invoice numbers
We will investigate billing errors promptly and issue corrections or refunds as appropriate.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
10.1 Contact Us First
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution, please contact us. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.
10.2 Chargeback Consequences
If you initiate a chargeback:
- Your account may be immediately suspended
- We may terminate your access to the Service
- You may be required to provide documentation to dispute the chargeback
- Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
11. EU and Consumer Protection Laws
11.1 EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to applicable EU consumer protection laws.
11.2 Waiver of Withdrawal Right
By using the Service and consuming credits during the withdrawal period, you expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal for the portion of services already provided.
11.3 Other Jurisdictions
Additional consumer protection laws may apply depending on your location. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
