By accessing and using AI4Less ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI4Less provides access to AI services including but not limited to:

  • n8n workflow automation node credits
  • Veo-3 video generation API access
  • Nano Banana image generation API access
  • AI-powered workflow generation tools

The Service is provided on a subscription basis with monthly credit allocations.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 API Keys

API keys provided by the Service are confidential. You must not share your API keys with third parties. You are responsible for all usage associated with your API keys.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

We offer multiple subscription plans with varying features and credit allocations. Plan details are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

4.3 Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

4.4 Credit Allocation

Monthly credits (n8n nodes, AI credits) are allocated at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over to subsequent months unless explicitly stated.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Resell or redistribute API access without authorization
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or manipulate the Service
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse resource allocation

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Generated Content

Content generated by the Service (workflows, images, videos) is provided to you for your use. However, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights when using generated content.

6.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by AI4Less and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

7.1 Uptime

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

7.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will provide notice when possible.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI4LESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs and services (including but not limited to n8n, Veo-3, and Banana). Your use of these services may be subject to additional terms and conditions from those providers. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

11. Privacy
